Welcome to the mytrip.allaboardtours.com Website (the “Web Site” and/or the “Website”). All Aboard Tours & Travel’s Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is between you and All Aboard Tours & Travel, L.L.C. (the "Company"). The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “AAT”, “All Aboard Tours”, and “All Aboard Tours & Travel” refers to All Aboard Tours & Travel, L.L.C. Your privacy is important to us and to better protect your privacy this notice discloses the privacy practices for All Aboard Tours & Travel. The Privacy Policy sets out what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we do with it. We may update this Policy from time to time, so please check this Policy periodically for changes. By providing your personal information to us through this Website, you agree to be bound by this Policy. Your use of this Web Site to process payments signifies your unconditional acceptance of the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 

(1)  Your Information
As a global tour company, we may collect non-public, personal information directly from our Website users and/or other persons involved as part of our travel programs or their parents/legal guardian(s). We define personal information as information that is unique to an individual and might include, but is not limited to, the following information: name, gender, mailing address, birth date, phone number, email address, or other contact details related to travel preferences and special needs/disabilities/dietary requirements that you supply us or is supplied to us, including any information about other persons coordinating your reservation. Your personal information is collected when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa), during Signup, create an account profile, register a traveler, schedule a payment, and make a payment. When visiting other Websites linked from our Website, submitting personally identifiable information is subject to that site's privacy policies. This applies to any external links from our Website(s). We encourage users to check for privacy policies of any sites that collect personally identifiable information. You are responsible for ensuring that other travel coordinators, group leaders, or organization members for your group are aware of the content of our Policy and consent to your actions in all your dealings with us. We will update your information whenever we can or as required by law to keep it current, accurate and complete. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the changes to the new Policy and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back to this Policy periodically. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by writing to us at the above address.

(2)  Our Use of Your Personal Information
For the purpose of providing you with the use of our Website including but not limited to, any tour packages, travel services, ancillary merchandise, or other transaction for business services executed by suppliers providing travel or other services for All Aboard Tours & Travel on this Website, we may disclose and process your information inside and outside of the United States and/or Canada. In order for you to travel nationally, it may be mandatory (as required by government authorities at the point(s) of departure and/or destination) to disclose and process your personal information for national security, TSA, immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which legally determine appropriate. These requirements may differ depending on your destination and you are advised to check ahead of time. Even if not mandatory, we may exercise our discretion to assist where appropriate.

When you register online and/or make a payment online for an All Aboard Tours & Travel program, you are required to enter information such as name, address, birth date email address, phone number, and credit card information through an online form. All of your information is transmitted in an encrypted format. If we do receive your personal information, we will only use it for the purposes described where it is collected, and we will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of All Aboard Tours; unless (i) you expressly authorize us to do so, (ii) it is necessary to allow our service providers or third-party receptive operators to provide services for us, (iii) in order to provide our services to you (and contacting you where necessary), (iv) it is disclosed to entities that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other entities with whom we have joint marketing agreements, (v) it is necessary in connection with a sale of all or substantially all of the assets of All Aboard Tours & Travel or the merger of All Aboard Tours & Travel into another entity or any consolidation, share exchange, combination, reorganization, or like transaction in which All Aboard Tours & Travel is not the survivor, (vi) it is necessary in connection with other business purposes including, without limitation, customer care, service quality, business management and operation, risk assessment, security, fraud and crime prevention/detection, monitoring, research and analysis, marketing, customer purchasing preferences and trends, dispute resolution, credit checking and debt collection, or (vii) otherwise as we are required or permitted by law. If you are a California resident, you may ask us to refrain from sharing your personal information (whether collected online or offline) with third parties for their marketing purposes. Please tell us your preference by contacting us as indicated in the "Contacting Us" section of this Policy. Irrevocable to municipality, because our travel programs are offered in conjunction with the services of third-party suppliers, receptive operators, or other companies such as airlines, bus companies, and hotels, we need to share some of your personal information with those companies, only to the extent that it is necessary to complete accommodating your travel arrangements.

(3)  Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA)
All Aboard Tours & Travel does not sell products or services for purchase by children, and will not collect or post information from a child under the age of 13 without direct notice and verifiable consent of a parent or guardian (as defined by COPPA). The term parent throughout this Policy includes legal guardians. All Aboard Tours has implemented procedures to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of all users' information, including those of children of whom their parents have consented to such collection. For activities directed towards children under the age of 13, All Aboard Tours will attempt to contact the child’s parent at the e-mail address provided in the initial request for access, alert the parent to the child’s requested use of our Website and provide instructions as to how the parent can confirm or reject the child’s request to register on the Website. No known child under the age of 13 will be allowed to submit personal information without verifiable parental consent to do so. After consenting, the child's parent can request access to the child's information that has been collected by All Aboard Tours, request that it be modified or deleted, or prohibit further use of the child's personal information. All Aboard Tours does not use personally identifying information collected from children for marketing or promotional purposes, and does not disclose such information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. 

(4)  How We Protect Credit Card Information
Keeping your personal financial information private is vitally important to us. As with all personal information, we will never rent or sell your personal financial information. Any time you are asked for a credit card number in order to complete a payment transaction or for verification purposes, that credit card number is transferred by us or our service providers in an encrypted format. Your credit card information is not stored on the All Aboard Tours & Travel web server, but it is stored on our administrative server. In addition, your entire credit card number is only stored in our database to process payments and is protected by the Web Site displaying no more than the last four digits of the customer’s credit card number. Notwithstanding the foregoing, please note that we may store the last four digits of your credit card number along with the card’s expiration date and card holder name if there are any issues or disputes with respect to your purchase or for charge backs. When a customer makes a payment, the information is sent to an outside authorization service for processing. This process is outside of our Website and is used for security purposes. The service is performed on the secure servers of Authorize.Net, which has its own Authorize.Net Privacy Policy statement located at (http://www.authorize.net/company/privacy).

Our Web Site is registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program so you can use the online payment service at www.MyTrip.AllAboardTours.com with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including: (i) 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions (ii) Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information (iii) Compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). When you submit sensitive information via our Web Site, your information is protected both online and off-line. All personal information you enter while on this Website is encrypted and is protected with what we believe to be the best encryption software currently available in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layer). While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect your information off-line by requiring proper authorization to be accessed. We monitor all access requests for data and utilize intrusion detection system services to notify us of unauthorized attempts. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.

(5)  MyTrip Online Tour Portal
The online "My Trip Portal" is an added feature of traveling with All Aboard Tours & Travel. The use of the online MyTrip Customer Portal gives our Tour Coordinators and Group Leaders access to information that assists in the smooth running of their particular group tour; this includes but is not limited to passenger and user account profile contacts, traveler registration, payment schedule, and payment status information (but not including information on credit card numbers). Travelers and account holders have access to their own personal information, and can alter their account profiles online. Tour Coordinators and Group Leaders, travelers and account holders can use the group specific Tour Web Code ID. The Tour Web Code ID allows access to general information about the group’s tour such as important tour documentation, registration details, payment history, scheduled due dates, and contact information. Once you have used your groups Tour Web Code ID to Signup and create your own user Login and personal password (for user under the age of 13, see COPPA compliance statement below) you are able to register a traveler to participate in the tour. To help you keep track of due dates, MyTrip will automatically send you reminder emails for upcoming payments due. The Company will produce periodical reports for Tour Coordinators and Group Leaders summarizing Web Site users account information and registered travelers account status for the tour.

(6)  User Content
By posting User Content on or through the Web Site or within the MyTrip Portal, you agree that you are solely responsible for the origination, accuracy, completeness, ownership, publication and dissemination of, and that you, and not All Aboard Tours, are entirely responsible for, your User Content, obtaining and maintaining all rights, licenses, permissions, releases, approvals, clearances, credit, or attribution information relating to all User Content and paying any applicable royalties or fees in connection therewith. By submitting or sending User Content to All Aboard Tours & Travel, or otherwise making User Content available for informative purposes on or through the Website, you grant All Aboard Tours, its affiliates, and any third party suppliers, vendors, contractors, receptive operators, licensors or third-party service providers of All Aboard Tours ("Suppliers") the royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive license for All Aboard Tours and its Suppliers to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display such User Content (in whole or part) as required to operate our Web Site and/or MyTrip Portal database. All Aboard Tours does not endorse and assumes no obligation to monitor or filter any User Content posted, or otherwise made available, on or through the Web Site and/or MyTrip Portal. However, All Aboard Tours (or a designee) reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to, at its sole discretion, refuse, edit or remove any User Content, and may take any reasonable action it deems necessary or appropriate with respect to any User Content, that, in All Aboard Tours and Travel’s sole judgment, does not comply with this provision, is illegal, or is otherwise undesirable, inappropriate or inaccurate. All Aboard Tours is not responsible for any failure, non-failure or delay in refusing, editing or removing such User Content.

We may change this Policy at any time and from time to time. Any changes to this Policy will be either posted on our Website, brochure and/or made available on request. The most recent version of the Policy is reflected by the version date located at the bottom of this Policy. This Policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal right in or on behalf of any party. By using our Website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by mytrip.allaboardtours.com. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post any changes on this page, so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy from time to time so you will know if the Privacy Policy has been changed or updated. 

(8)  Your Rights
Upon submitting a request, or as otherwise required by law, you are entitled to a copy of the information we hold about you and to correct any inaccuracies. You have the right to ask in writing, sent to us via email to support@allaboardtours.com, not to receive direct marketing material from us. Once properly notified by you, we will take steps to stop using your information in this way. Please allow us a reasonable period of time in order to satisfy your request.

(9)  Direct Marketing Material
We may from time to time contact you with information on offers of goods, services, brochures, new products, forthcoming events, additional travel programs, and competitions from multiple divisions within our company. Your use of the Company Web Site signifies your unconditional agreement to all e-communications throughout the entire tour planning, tour registration, tour execution, and tour follow up process. You may indicate your preference regarding receiving third party direct marketing material by following third party service provider instructions and/or by seeking out and selecting “unsubscribe” on corresponding message.

(10)  Email
We appreciate your questions and comments about our organization and services and welcome your email messages to mailboxes listed on our Website. We will share your messages with those within our organization who are most capable of addressing the issues contained in your message. We will keep a copy of your message until we have had an opportunity to address your concerns. We may archive your message for a certain period of time or discard it once it is no longer needed.

(11)  Surveys, Contests, Sweepstakes and Other Promotions
When you participate in an online survey or contest, All Aboard Tours may ask you for personal information such as your name, organization, physical address, email address, and other contact details. Your participation in online surveys and contests is voluntary. Through the promotions we may offer from time to time, whether on our Website or in conjunction with a third-party survey service or service provider, your participation is completely voluntary and by choosing to participate in activities such as sharing information as a result of one of our travel programs. If you choose to participate in these promotions, and are eligible to do so, we may ask you for information such as your name, email address, date of birth and telephone number. In connection with any survey, contest, sweepstakes and other promotions that we may offer from time to time, we use the information you provide to administer the survey, contest, sweepstakes and other promotions. We also may use the information to communicate with you, or the other people you select, about our products and services, or our partners, vendors, or third-party service providers may use such information to communicate with you about the survey, contest, sweepstakes, or other promotions or their products and services. In connection with such surveys or other promotions, we will not use information you provide about other people for any purpose except the purpose you direct without first getting their consent.

In other cases, we only retain the cookie and/or online information you give us if you request us to do so for your use in subsequent sessions.

All Aboard Tours & Travel collects site traffic data from our Website. We also use information about IP addresses, types of Web browsers, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), referring and exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamps, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the Website, and track users’ movements. This information is only for aggregate use and is not linked to any personally identifiable information. An Internet Protocol ("IP") address is a unique identifier that certain electronic devices use to identify and communicate with each other on the Internet. When you visit our Website, we may view the IP address (which may include the city, domain address and service provider) of the device you use to connect to the Internet. We use this information to determine the general physical location of the device and understand from what regions of the world our Website visitors come. We also may use this information to enhance our Website. Certain pages on our Website(s) contain "web beacons" (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags and clear GIFs). These web beacons allow third parties to obtain information such as the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the beacon appears, the URL of the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, the type of browser used to view the page, and the information in cookies set by the third party.

To ensure that we carry out your instructions accurately, improve our service and for security, we may monitor and/or record: (i) email correspondence; (ii) activities using CCTV in and around our premises; (iii) fax and telephone records (iv) transactions and activities on our Website.
